1. Preheat oven to
180C. 2. Sprinkle thyme on the goat’s cheese slices 3. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each slice of goat’s cheese and place on a slice of baguette 4. Place on a baking tray and brush with olive oil 5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the goat’s cheese has melted and the baguette is crisp |
