Philli cheese –500 gr (soften in microwave 1st-remove silver
wrapping 1st)) 2. 185 gr of Sirena Tuna (tip out oil) 3. Half bunch of Italian parsley (chopped finely) 4. 1 & a half lemon juice (squeezed) 5. Salt/pepper to taste 6. 1 – 2 pkts of Arnott’s Jatz biscuits |

Cooking Instructions | 1. Remember…have
everything chopped/juiced and softened before adding together! 2. Whizz all together in large stainless steel bowl until smooth paste/dip forms 3. Fold in fresh parsley at end with large fork |
